So we made it to El Salvador. So far, so good. Currently staying in an apartment style pad in the radical little town of El Tunco, on the Pacific Coast. Main priorities for today are grocery and beer shopping in La Libertad (only a short chicken bus ride away) and booking the flashiest hotel room available in San Salvador (highest crime rate in Central America…we’re going to lay some mega ground rules) for Kenzie’s birthday next week. They use American Dollars here.. so a cold El Salv Pilsner is about a buck…that works.
