The markets in San Cristobal are amazing. One is full of the most beautiful Mayan handicrafts and the other full of the freshest, brightest fruits and vegetables imaginable. We spent the mornings and evenings cooking great meals from the fresh produce, and the days walking around exploring the busy streets.
